Mines de Saint-Étienne
École des Mines de Saint-Étienne is a French engineering school created on 2 August 1816 by Louis XVIII.
It provides 2 academic programs after scientific preparatory classes*:
- ICM engineering education on the Saint-Étienne campus
- Master’s Degree in Science and Executive Engineering / Ingénieur Civil des Mines
- ISMIN engineering education on the new campus in Gardanne
- Master’s Degree in Microelectronics and Computer Science / Ingénieur Spécialité Microélectronique et Informatique
*scientific preparatory classes: a two-year intensive academic program in mathematics and physics to prepare the national competitive examination for admission to French engineering schools
